Hi, as you probably guessed my name is Brad Saunders. I graduated from Vancouver Film School in February 2007 after completing the 1 year 3D Animation and Visual Effects Program. Prior to attending Vancouver Film School I studied multimedia production and computer programming before deciding to really focus on the 3D medium. At VFS I focused my studies primarily on modeling, texturing and lighting. I was also trained in animation principles and techniques while at the school. After graduating from the program I stayed at the school for two months doing a practicum/internship which gave me the opportunity to help other students that were working on their demo reels. I am now currently working at Electronic Arts Canada as a character modeler on next gen titles. Working at EA allows me to expand my knowledge and constantly learn new techniques and tools to create believable characters. My current skillset includes SoftImage XSI and Autodesk Maya as well as learning more of Mudbox and Zbrush as sculpting tools to quickly add high level details. I am also familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
